Redeem a code
Add tokens to your account with a coupon code from a campaign, giveaway or support.
How to redeem
- Open Settings → Redeem Code: Or click Have a code? on your balance card. A link like
/settings?code=LAUNCH100 fills the code in for you. - Enter the code: Codes aren't case-sensitive, and spaces are ignored.
- Redeem: The tokens are added to your purchased balance immediately.
Rules
- Each code can be redeemed once per account.
- Some codes are shared and work for a limited number of people; others are single-use.
- Codes can expire or be turned off by the team.
- Redeemed tokens are purchased tokens, valid for 365 days.
- You can make 10 attempts every 10 minutes.
If a code doesn't work

|---|
| That code isn't valid | Check the spelling. Codes use letters, numbers and dashes. |
| You've already redeemed this code | It's already on your account; see the list under the form. |
| Used by the maximum number of users | The code has run out. |
| This code has expired / been turned off | It's no longer active. |
| Too many attempts | Wait 10 minutes and try again. |
