FAQ and troubleshooting
Answers to common questions.
Is Vimitron free?
Yes. Every account gets 50 free tokens a day, enough for one image on a fast model. New accounts also start with 150 bonus tokens. No credit card is required.
My video is taking a long time
Most renders finish in one to five minutes; premium models at high resolution can take longer. Renders that run for more than about 40 minutes are cancelled and refunded.
My video failed
The reason is shown on the video, for example a safety-filter block. Your tokens are refunded automatically. Rephrase the prompt, or try another model.
My image or video isn't on Explore
Check that it's set to Public in the studio. Private items and template try-on photos aren't listed. Items waiting for a moderator, or removed by one, aren't listed either; see Reporting and moderation.
My daily tokens disappeared
Daily tokens expire at midnight UTC and are replaced with a fresh 50. Purchased tokens are unaffected.
